A Nigerian lawyer, Kayode Ajulo, has written to King Charles III of the United Kingdom (UK) and pleaded for a prerogative of mercy for the ex-Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu and his wife, Beatrice, who were jailed by the UK court on Friday for organ harvesting. The lawyer made the plea in Abuja on Saturday in a letter he addressed to the newly crowned British monarch.
