⢠Approved applying for a FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant for equipment to replace the self-contained breathing apparatus filling station and associated equipment and for a vehicle grant to replace an aged ambulance and associated equipment. Fire Chief James Pantalone said it is difficult to find parts for the aged equipment and vehicle;
⢠Renewed the agreement between Medicounts Management Inc. for third-party emergency services billing at a base rate fee equal to 7.25 percent of the gross amount collected;
⢠Approved refinancing the fire department’s aerial ladder truck with Huntington Public Capitol Corp;
