Okuama Community In Delta Drags Nigerian Army To Court, Demands N200billion Damages For Properties Destroyed

Residents of Okuama-Ewu, Ughelli South Local Government Area, Delta State, have filed a N200 billion lawsuit against the Nigerian Army at the Federal High Court in Warri for cordoning off their community, destroying their homes, dehumanising them, and accusing them of killing 17 military personnel.
