NY grand jury indicts 2 men after 'despicable' discovery of 19 pit bull puppies, toddler, guns in a vehicle

Two North Carolina men were indicted on charges related to animal cruelty, child endangerment and firearms after 19 Pitbull pups covered in urine and feces were found in vehicle.
