Non-issuance of ticket application form to Y Surchandra Singh not related with resignation: MPCC

The Manipur Congress party vice president said that the committee had already unanimously resolved not to issue ticket application form to those former Congress MLAs who had defected from the Congress party by violating the 10th Schedule of the Indian Constitution.
