COLOMBO (News1st): Sri Lanka had not recorded COVID-19 deaths in the last 24 hours, the National Operations Centre for the Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak said on Saturday.
A total of 211 new COVID-19 cases were recorded in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of cases up to 93,128, a statement issued by the national centre read.
The country’s death toll due to the virus stands at 575.
The deaths reported yesterday, in a statement issued by the department of government information, were of those that had occurred on April 01 and March 1.
