Seafood boils are Cajun dishes typically served in Louisiana and across the Gulf Coast that are made by boiling buckets full of seafood in flavored broth, then dousing them with butter and spices like Old Bay. A cob of corn and a few potatoes are usually thrown in for good measure. They're put on a table covered in plastic — and then diners dig in. Bibs are necessary, as is finger-licking.
