NJ residents can get their second COVID vaccine dose. Here's how

A breakdown in New Jersey's COVID-19 vaccine rollout has left thousands without an appointment for their second shot, prompting Gov. Phil Murphy on Wednesday to outline how to get the required follow-up dose.
Vaccine providers are supposed to arrange a second shot at the time of the first dose, but that hasn't happened at some sites across the state.
Many New Jerseyans find themselves in vaccine limbo with the recommended window to get a second dose closing — 21 days between Pfizer shot and 28 days for the Moderna vaccine.
Murphy and state Health Commissioner Judy Persichilli made the following recommendations:
