New York Judge's Ex-Secretary Adds New Claims to Harassment Suit

An ex-secretary to a former New York state judge can add some claims to her lawsuit accusing the judge of sexual abuse and harassment and various colleagues of aiding the harassment, a federal magistrate judge ruled.
