Insurance Australia Group will team up with Australian technology services company Terem Technologies to spin out a new company based on the software it uses in-house to reward contact centre staff for taking on unpopular shifts.
Since 2019, IAG has used the system, known as Attune, to manage requests for roster changes by more than 350 NRMA Insurance contact centre workers.
Tim Buzza, the chief customer officer at Attune.
Terem will provide software, product management and sales expertise to the new joint venture company, while IAG will provide the software intellectual property and serve as a key reference customer of the Attune software-as-a-service platform.
