There are plans to implement new speed limits in Harlow while other roads in West Essex will be temporarily closed due to roadworks from next month.
A notice placed by Essex County Council in this week’s Guardian outlines proposals for both permanent and temporary new speed limits in parts of Harlow, while forthcoming roadworks are scheduled to impact areas of Loughton and Waltham Abbey.
The council has outlined plans to introduce a new 20mph speed limit in various roads in Bush Fair, Harlow.
