new labour laws: What managers will not get under new labour laws

The new four labour laws divide an employee into two categories namely - 'worker' and 'employee'. Depending on the category in which an individual falls under will he/she get the benefits under the new labour laws. It is important to note that managers will not get many benefits vis-a-vis compared to workers.
