Artist's impression: how the new estate will look at Dabbs Hill
NEW homes are planned on unused land in Northolt.
A total of 149, made up of 118 flats and 31 family homes, will be built by Network Homes at Dabbs Hill, close to Northolt High School.
A total of 131 homes are designated for shared ownership and 18 for London Affordable Rent.
The land has been unused for 15 years and the money raised will go towards a new building for the school.
It is the firm’s latest investment in Ealing, following completion of the £100m regeneration of nearby Rectory Park in August and new developments in Southall.
