Nobles County adds four new novel coronavirus cases

REGIONAL — Cottonwood County recorded six new cases of COVID-19 during the 24-hour reporting period that culminated at 4 p.m. Friday, while Nobles and Pipestone counties added four new cases apiece. Murray County had one new case of the novel coronavirus; Jackson and Rock counties each had none..
During the one-day period, Minnesota reported 1,529 new cases of the virus. The state’s cumulative total of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases now stands at 445,047 (positive and antigen tests), with 425,253 beyond the 10-day isolation period. Thus far, 34,723 Minnesota health care workers have contracted the virus.
