NCAA beach volleyball championships bring prestige to Gulf Shores, but when will Alabama join party?

Gulf Shores will host the NCAA beach volleyball championships again this week, and in 2024. After that, the championships move to Huntington Beach, California. Gulf Shores is hoping to secure them again, but some say it would help if the rest of Alabama embraced the sport more.
