A national home builder wants to fill 250 vacant acres on the Southwest Side with more than 1,200 single-family homes — many of which are projected to be priced at less than $265,000 — and is seeking city incentives to do it.
Lennar Corp. is eyeing two projects in the area with a combined pricetag of more than $170 million.
