My puppy needed 17 stitches after being savaged by an 'XL bully' - but I STILL don't think they should be banned

Kate Jackson, 35, from Aigburth, Merseyside was forced to pay out £1,700 in emergency vet bills after her puppy, Arthur, was savaged by a suspected XL Bully in Sefton Park on July 25.
