MVC STUDENTS EARN AWARDS FROM MISSOURI BROADCAST EDUCATORS ASSOCIATION

Missouri Valley College students recently received awards from the Missouri Broadcast Educators Association (MBEA). This organization is made up of mass communication departments from colleges and universities across the state of Missouri. Each year, students enter audio and video projects that are judged by industry professionals.
Missouri Valley College students received six awards, and there were 29 categories with winners from 13 different schools this year.
MVC won the Multicamera Live Sports Event category for the “Valley-CMU Women’s soccer match” from the fall of 2020. Missouri Valley College has won a multi-camera category in the contest six of the last seven years.
