Montreal restaurants taste sweet victory at Quebec gastronomy awards

After a year and a half of ongoing trials and tribulations for the province’s food industries, Les Lauriers de la Gastronomie Québécoise have announced the 2021 winners of their gastronomic gala with the guiding objective of revival in mind.
That was most evident in the announcement that the Restaurant of the Year award would go to all 10 finalists, half of them in Montreal: Candide, Vin Mon Lapin, Île Flottante, Mastard, and Montréal Plaza.
