Ministry proposes CTU transfer to Grid Controller of India

The power ministry has sent to proposal to the Cabinet, sources said. The move to transfer CTU to Grid Controller of India has been planned to avoid a conflict of interest while awarding power transmission projects, one person familiar with matter said.
