MIDDLETOWN — Cross Street AME Zion Church, 440 West St., will be offering a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for those who need their first or second shots Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Children 12 and older will be inoculated from 5 to 8 p.m. Moderna, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer vaccines will be given out.
Photo ID is required, people must wear masks, loose-fitting clothes and youth 12 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent and have an appointment.
