Middlesex Community College lays out vision for ICC's future

LOWELL — A longstanding partnership between Middlesex Community College and UMass Lowell may result in the college playing a future role in the university’s Inn & Conference Center, which the Healey-Driscoll administration confirmed on Tuesday was under discussion as emergency migrant family housing.
