Members of nonprofit seek to compel it to set annual meeting and choose new Board of Directors

PITTSBURGH – Four members of a non-profit organization seeking to increase civic engagement in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have brought legal action, after they claim the group violated its by-laws through not scheduling its annual meeting to vote on new members of the Board of Directors.
