Mele Kyari asks judiciary to establish special courts for oil theft cases

Mele Kyari, group chief executive officer (GCEO) of Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited has called for the support of the judiciary in tackling challenges of crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism.
