During the dreariest time of year, as the pandemic approaches one year, cultural events and exhibitions help to cease the slow creep of an isolating perspective. Whether it be braving the outside or simply surfing online, CAFE 541 offers some opportunity for readers to take some time to widen the mind.
Airport Art Gallery, Maude Kerns Center and the Eugene Grid Project
For about three years, the Eugene Grid Project has engaged a group of local photographers assigned to capturing different sections of Eugene-Springfield. This continues what began as a project in 2008, modeled after 1995’s Portland Grid Project.
