First serve is set for 3:30 p.m. on Bank 1 at the Cary Tennis Park. Florida State leads the all-time series against Clemson 21-2. The Seminoles most recently defeated the Tigers 4-0 in Tallahassee earlier this season. Last year, the Tigers made a splash in the ACC Tournament, advancing to the ACC Quarterfinals for the first time since 2015 after sweeping Boston College in the first round and upsetting then No. 22 Duke. Ryuhei Azuma has dominated on Court 1 as of late, defeating two ranked opponents in the last three matches. Most recently, Azuma defeated Virginia Tech's No. 44 Ryan Fishback while also registering a win against Louisville's No. 72 Rodrigues. He was awarded with a No. 93 ITA singles ranking. In the same match, Jorge Plans Gonzalez registered his highest ranked win of the season on Court 2 against No. 26 Donnet, winning 7-5, 6-2.
