Massive fire destroys SouthPark apartment building under construction; 2 workers missing

An apartment building under construction on the 7700 block of Liberty Row Drive was destroyed Thursday in a massive fire. One person was taken to a hospital, and two construction workers are unaccounted for, officials said.
