LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — Mask-making has become one of the most popular hobbies this year – for obvious reasons – and one local parent has gotten really good at it.
“We had a student who we noticed always had masks that fitted extremely well, like very form-fitted to her face. We were very impressed… so my student-teacher asked, ‘where do you get those? Who makes those for you?’ and she said, ‘my mommy does!'” Hannah DeYoung, a kindergarten teacher at North Woods International School said.
When this little girl’s mom, Ge Lee, heard about the excitement over her masks, she called North Woods International School and asked if staff would like some.
