Mark Wright showed off the inside of his incredibly healthy fridge on Loose Women on Wednesday as he continued to host his Get Moving With Mark segment. 
The former TOWIE star, 34, who shares his home with Michelle Keegan, had plenty of nutritious foods to keep him going throughout the week, including vegetables, protein and juices. 
During the show panellist Brenda Edwards revealed she has managed to lose 4lbs in two weeks, after being coached by Mark on how to improve her diet and exercise regime.
