FAIRFIELD — The City Council is expected Tuesday to grant preliminary approval for two cannabis retail permits and one manufacturer’s permit.
The public hearing on the retail permits was carried over from the March 2 meeting. There are five finalists for the two permits.
There is only one applicant for the manufacturer’s permit, 3Bros. Fairfield, which plans to locate the business at 2445 S. Watney Way if it gets the permit.
There are five applicants for the two retail permits. The two potential vendors that scored the highest in the application steps were Responsible & Compliant Retail Fairfield LLC, which proposes a location of 180 Serrano, Suite A, and East of Eden North Bay LLC, which proposes a location at 1740 Travis Blvd.
