Manipur Violence: Kuki militants attack Koutruk yet again

Kuki militants carried out the attack from their bunkers above Koutruk Nongchup Chingyang around 3.35 pm when Koutruk village volunteers were on their way to Koutruk community hall for their duty shift change, sources said.
