Manipur's Dr Ronel Soibam awarded International Ophthalmic Heroes of India

Hailing from Heirangoithong Keibung Makha in Imphal West, 48-year-old Dr Ronel Soibam, who specialises in “Vitreo-Retina” was conferred with the Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO) Achievement Award in Hong Kong, in September 2021.
