Manipur Congress condemns 'custodial death' of Arambam Nanao, demands arrest of all involved

The Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee has demanded the authorities concerned to arrest all the police and whosoever is involved in the case along with the person who had filed a complaint against the deceased person in Imphal Police Station.
