Manipur: Army averts major incident, defuses three IEDs

Imphal, May 26 (IANS) In a significant success, alert soldiers of the Indian Army foiled a major incident by effectively defusing three big Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) in Manipur on Sunday, officials said.
