Majority Worldwide Now Say Their Area Is Good for Gay People

Jun 21, 2023 // Gallup's World Poll for 2022 found, for the first time, that a majority of people polled worldwide say their area is a "good place" for gay or lesbian people to live. While the trend is generally positive, there is backsliding of acceptance in a few countries, writes Gallup's Justin McCarthy.
