A BUSY road near Worcester is due to be closed for more than a month which is set to cause major disruption for drivers who live in the area.
Main Road in Hallow will be closed from July 22 till September 1 to accommodate sewage work for a residential development.
The closure will impact residents driving to and from Worcester, who will no longer be able to use the A443 to travel in to the city.
Resident Grace Walton said: "The road closure will cause a massive disruption to residents in Hallow. Commuting to work will be an absolute nightmare. It will mean driving through the villages on the outskirts of Worcester just to get in to town, which will add a lot more time to car journeys.
