Lucifer's best episodes were the truly goofy ones

The six-season supernatural drama Lucifer, inspired by Neil Gaiman’s Sandman comics and Mike Carey’s Vertigo Comics spin-off, was much sillier than either of its inspirations. Its jumps into the surreal, from the cartoon episode "Yabba Dabba Do Me" to the jukebox musical "Bloody Celestial Karaoke Jam," just made the drama stronger.
