Lower oil prices lead to slower rise in gas prices

Today's national average price for a gallon of gasoline is $3.65, down one cent from last Monday. One year ago, the price was $3.55. The New York state average is $3.73, up 2 cents from one week ago. A year ago, the NYS average was also $3.70.
