KILLBUCK — Little Free Libraries (LFL) are a global phenomenon. The small, frontyard book exchanges number more than 100,000 in all 50 states and 108 countries, from Argentina to Zambia.
Now, a new Little Free Library at 299 School St., Killbuck will join the movement to share books, bring people together and create communities of readers.
“Our Little Free Library doesn’t just belong to us, it belongs to the entire community,” said Lisa Lawhead, media aide at Killbuck Elementary School. “It is my hope that this Little Free Library will bring more joy, a little more connection and a whole lot more books to our community.”
