Lime Rock Park Sold; Skip Barber To Retain Role On Management Team
Lakeville, Connecticut road-course facility celebrating 65 years of operation in 2021.
Lime Rock Park is under new management.
Long-time owner Skip Barber announced today in a press release that controlling interest of the racing and track-day facility located in Lakeville, Connecticut has been sold to Lime Rock Group, LLC. The new group is headed by general partners Charles Mallory, Dicky Riegel and Bill Reuckert and includes private investors.
Barber has owned the facility for 37 years. Barber, 84, is staying on as what is described as a "significant owner in the new entity and will be an integral part of its management committee."
