Letter: Vote 'yes' for HPS Build 2021

We urge a "yes" vote on May 4 for the Holland Public Schools Build 2021 Millage. HPS has been a good steward of our tax dollars. Consider how HPS has handled the COVID-19 crisis. While many districts offered only remote learning, HPS provided the option of in-person learning for its students since August 2020.
Safety practices and best practice protocols were followed. Teachers galvanized around our students following these best practices to keep themselves and our students safe. Nationally, we have witnessed how many school districts were unable to agree on how to engage students in classroom learning. But not in Holland. Thank you.
