In a social media post, Solid Leni Bicol, the organizer of the events, said they estimated 40,000 attendees in the People's Rally in Sorsogon City while in Legazpi City, crowd estimates climbed to more than 100,000 individuals. However, Rolly Esguerra, public safety officer here, said no road closure was ordered along the Sawangan Park where the rally took place. "Wala naman po rerouting. Strictly no parking ang Sawangan Park. Stop, drop and go lang lahat ng vehicles. Then go straight ahead and exit to Barangay Puro to Barangay Binanuahan, then to Rizal Street. On Thursday, local officials suspended Friday's school classes and work in government offices for the Robredo-Pangilinan grand rallies in the region.
