Donegal landowner Richard Homer who damaged rare freshwater pearl mussel habitat fined €11,000

A County Donegal landowner has been ordered to allow staff from the National Parks and Wildlife Service onto his lands in a bid to restore damage to the habitat of Freshwater Pearl Mussel.
