MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A crosswalk with the words “Black Lives Matter” is coming to midtown Memphis.
The Memphis Public Art Review committee approved the rainbow-theme crosswalk Wednesday.
It’s planned for Cooper and Monroe near the Hattiloo Theatre, the city’s black repertory theater.
The installation date is still being worked out.
