Of course that is not the case. Unhealthy and very unhealthy and basically the headlines, you could limit Outdoor Activity for both of these groups. These are the current observations. A ucla study finds its doctors may have been treating covid19 patients weeks before anyone knew the virus arrived in the u. S. An analysis of medical records says doctors at ucla reported a significant spike in patients with respiratory problems in late december. But there is no way to determine if the patients have the virus. The First Official coronavirus case was recognized by the cdc in midjanuary. A lab worker with the San Francisco medical Examiners Office is facing several charges after allegedly being caught with an evidence bag of methamphetamine. Tonight San Jose Police released by the camera footage of three separate incidents during Racial Justice protests in may that they say are of extraordinary public interest. During demonstrations on may 31st Police Responded to reports of possible looting and a bank of America Branch at fourth and san fernando. Police fired a foam baton around at one of the suspects. They said the suspect then ran to the street and into the path of a police motorcycle. He refused medical treatment, and was taken into custody. The other two incidents happened friday may 29th at around 5 00 p. M. Police say they had ordered the crowd to disperse. One man refused and an officer pushed him back with his baton. They say there was a scuffle and the protester tried to grab the baton from the officer. They say the confrontation continued until officers wrestled the man to the ground. He was taken to hospital for treatment for his injuries. Half an hour later police were outside city hall. They say a protester had thrown a water bottle at an officer. Officers tried to arrest the man at one point filed fired a fromm projectile at him. Officer ran off. San jose police said the video depicts one officer using offensive and unacceptable language during the protest. Internal Affairs Investigators are delaying investigations. The videos are being released to offer the public more clarity into each incident. The San Francisco Police Officers who shot and killed mario woods in 2015 will not face any punishment. According to the citys police department, excuse me, the Citys Department of Police Accountability, the officers used unnecessary force, but will face no discipline. Police suspected woods and a stabbing and he was holding a knife when he was shot 20 times by five officers. The department of Police Accountability found the officers did not deviate from flawed policies that existed at the time of the incident in 2015. Police in the south bay have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a downtown park. Ktvu jesse gary tells us the incident happened in broad daylight and a witness intervened. The suspect denies wrongdoing and refuses to come out of a public restroom in st. James park. Officers ultimately used tasers to make the arrest. 41yearold Takuma Bashir is facing three charges related to Sexual Assault. There may be other victims linked to him. The downtown area is very crowded, lots of people. Our hope is there are no additional victims. But if this post helps bring in witnesses or other people who have been well advised victimized we want to address those issues.
