We intend to prove that the department of corrections insists on keeping people caged in these conditions. And it violates the eighth amendment. The state has done far too little to address moving that medically vulnerable to safety. The study also found more than 60 of Public Schools in 30 major u. S. Cities are in the same close proximity. Phillips 66 said the plant would produce 680 million gallons a year of renewable diesel, gasoline, and jet fuel.
