Containment with it over the weekend we have been told by officials that is not a huge cause for worry firefighters right now have an important window of time in which the wind has died down dramatically. We have an update on the number of structures that have burned, how much land has burned. This has been an intense firefight. You can already feel some of the smoke affect us. Ive gotten a lot of tweets asked about the quality last time. There is a marsh fire as well and some of that smoke is coming down here as well. You can almost see in the newsroom this morning when you came in. As for the king fire it is still racing across north bay. It is expanding so fast as mentioned only five containment and has burned almost 85 square miles thus far. 94 buildings including more than 30 homes have been destroyed and almost 80,000 buildings are in danger. A News Conference will be held shortly and we will bring that update to you coming up in just a matter of minutes. So far 200,000 people have been ordered to evacuate the dark red border by a bright red one at the top of the screen. We had a map but that area is really starting to come down and about to leak in the county. Concerns for lakewood county to evacuate all the way goes to the pacific ocean. I will say it again quickly we are set up to hear what how foreign you fire has to say we will have a 9 00 update and we will bring that to you as it happens. It was all right lets go over with a look at some of the weather. And you have been saying all morning that the wind is calmer but we will have a number of events coming up. It is good news laced with bad news unfortunately. I want to start with the temperatures in north bay check this out where you can see a big slit in the difference between santa rosa in the 30s and San Francisco in the 50s. Part of it is the dry air has been ushered into the north bay with all this offshore flow. Part of it also is the smoke that is there and it is not allowing the sun to warmness up so that is why it is so cool. 50s for most of the rest. The wind is nice and calm it is really a much better difference in the situation today so it is a good day for firefighters theyll be able to get my form a handle on things than they did in the last 2436 hrs. You can see here the humidity levels are rising all morning it is 68 , 55 , you can see all around here it is just improving. The wind calming down and going up. That is all good news. What is bad news is that even though our red flag warning looks limited this morning we have another round of offshore wind coming our way and will be tuesday into one day. This is not expected to be as strong or longlasting but will reduce critical fire weather and ill be tuesday into wednesday. Let me time it out for you and show you. Firefighters still are going to have the upper hand here. As we get to tuesday this is when the wind starts working against us. We have the offshore flow going now it really gets going into the later evening and overnight hours until finally ramping down as we work our way into wednesday. And then we do not see more of in the forecast which is the good news. Those will start to relax is a go throughout the day today. Notice were not the only ones dealing with this down in Southern California there also dealing with the offshore event causing fires as well highs today upper 60 today in San Francisco and if you see a quick look at your forecast we are going to go back to the anchors now i think we have a press conference. Were going to listen and hear. California fire is bringing us the latest on the fire. Additionally at the conclusion of the english language version of this press conference we will have a spanishlanguage version with representatives from fire and Law Enforcement. As we did yesterday we will have an update from the Weather Service as well as our fire behavior analyst. Where we stand right now since we were here last night at about 630 is the fire has grown to six thousand acres and is only five contained. The fire is threatening just under 80,000 homes predominately we can confirm that 96 structures have been destroyed. And 16 have been damaged. A full breakdown of what type of structures those are, homes, businesses and buildings have been published this morning overnight the most fire activity that we saw was just south of the town of windsor along with silo ridge area. Firefighters made an aggressive stand in that area and brought in a significant number of resources as it was impacting a relatively populated area. We do not have a published list of the impact of that area yet will get that to you as soon as possible but we do know that was an area that was with the most activity last night. As far as where we are at this point. We have the National Guard as well as firefighters from a number of neighboring states now here at the fire our numbers have been brought up to over 4000 firefighters here battling this fire in the county with that i would like to pass it over to ryan walburn from the national Weather Service to give us a brief update on what we can expect. Good morning. So we still under a red flag warning at 11 00 this morning. After that it is going to give us a good window of opportunity with some more weather this afternoon overnight tonight and into Tuesday Morning hopefully the firefighters can take advantage of those calmer weather conditions what we are starting to get ready for though is another red flag event right now it looks at that will start sometime mid day tuesday and push us into wednesday morning so we have got a quiet 24 hour window right now and looking to go to another critical period tuesday night into wednesday. As we march forward in time we do see less wind as a get towards the end of the week that has been in our favor but unfortunately no rain in the forecast. I would like to invite our fire analyst. Good morning the firefighters are actively engaged right now with this wind shift that the meteorologist spoke of will give us a decrease in the fire behavior out there which will limit the amount of spotting that we have which is going to limit the flame length and the fire intensity. That will give the firefighters a great opportunity to go in and do the jobs that they need to do. We still have a lot of problems with the fire and timber in the area coming down across the roads it is causing issues getting to and from the area. As well as causing a bunch of spot fires to rollout down the steeper areas of the northern parts of the incidents. Today when the wind shifts does not give us that much of a calm sensation because in the Northeast Corner of this fire has not been wind tested yet that is the area of most importance that we are looking at today because that is the area where the wind is going to have a tendency to blow some of those embers across the line. Currently, the firefighters are preparing for that next wind event that is coming. Were still doing a lot of the modeling to try give them the best product that we can. We will not get a briefing from our Incident Commanders. Good morning everybody. So as you are probably all aware the weather predictions surfaced as predicted yesterday and the fire was extremely active during the day yesterday starting at about one a clock yesterday morning. By looking at the map you can see that the fire more than doubled in size yesterday and that did present some challenges for us. So the priority for today is are going to work on the area where we just talked about in this small eastern corner that we are talking about today. And coming onto the side working in the northwest area and the silo ridge area the fire did make it that far south last night to silo ridge. So we are going to be really aggressive today with the break in the weather pattern. Working on perimeter control in those areas that we just talked about but not electing the structure defense of the area. Thank you. Other any question specifically for the Incident Commander . Yes many structures the role alyssa still threatened there for sure i do not think i want to speak to the structure damages destroyed right now but yes we are very concerned about structures threatened there and like we just set a structure section will be aggressive with the perimeter control there. Im not prepared to say that right now. All right thank you chief. We will get those numbers for damage and destroyed as we go. We have damage inspection teams out there going through all of the areas as those numbers come out we will get them. We do know that there was some additional structures damaged or destroyed last night we will get more specifics throughout the day. All right with that i would like to now invite up the county sheriffs department. Good morning. Im from the county Sheriffs Office. So i wanted to give you a quick update on staffing and what is happening with the Law Enforcement presence. We currently have several hundred Police Officers who are coming to us from all over the state. Over 140 Police Agencies to merrily being supported by the california Highway Patrol. And the National Guard. So we are very grateful to our partners for being able to be there for us. And help us maintain these evacuation areas and maintain safety inside of those evacuation areas. So i wanted to go over a couple of terms with you that youre going to start hearing quite frequently the next few days. And, that is reentry and repopulation. So i wanted to set the definition so people know we are talking about. When we talk about reentry that is a specific foregoing into an area that has been burned. So when we talk reentry that would be for people to re access an area that has been suffered with a burn with utilities down we talk about repopulation. We talk about letting people back into an area that has been unaffected. So clearly what i want to talk about is reentry we have no plans for reentry right now. Areas that have been burned have utilities down we still have fire crews in their and we understand that people are very anxious to get into the burned areas to check on their property they want to do reentry but at this point we are not doing reentry at all. When it comes to repopulation we do know that youre anxious to get home we had a lot of questions for people who live perhaps in the west county who are thinking theyre not affected by this fire and there is no chance that they will be affected but we are working on repopulation. I do not have the announcements for you yet. But i can tell you that the general idea is that we will start and some of the reverse order of evacuation. When it comes to repopulation we will look at repopulating the west county first and then move our way in. When we make those decisions we will announce them. So please follow us on our social media platforms. It is not too late to subscribe. You can text your zip code to aaa 777 to receive those updates. Lastly i want to talk a little bit about why evacuations are important. It is really first to protect your life as you have heard me talk over the last couple of days. Life is the most important thing we have the warning, we have the ability to predict summit where the fire is going. We want to get people out. In front of that fire and stabilize it. However, the second item that we are doing with evacuations really helps us protect property. And the example i want to talk about briefly is windsor. Yesterday in the northeastern area of windsor we had a very aggressive fight on the fire. From all the Public Safety people in that area. Had the area not been evacuated those firefighters and Public Safety people would not have been as effective as they were. And it wouldve allowed them to aggressively fight the fire and we had a lot of success yesterday in windsor. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to our firefighters the Northern Area of windsor was saved yesterday because of their efforts. And a part of that is your efforts to evacuate and allowing us to get in there and access those areas so thank you for following the directions. That is truly a success story. Continue to follow us on social media. To stay informed and we will have another update for you soon thank you. I will be glad to do followup questions with you in just a minute. Speaking after the california Highway Patrol. Good morning everybody. I am the assistant chief for california Highway Patrol i would like to announce lately last night we were able to get open all of the 101 north and southbound areas are open for traffic. We want to remind everybody though that there is still a large evacuated area and all the ramps in those areas are still blocked and they will remain blocked as long as it is evacuated. I do also want to remind everybody that even when we do Start Talking about allowing people back in that there still is going to be a great deal of traffic in the area especially moving the resources and Emergency Personnel around. So please remember that. And i still want to remind anybody to be very cautious. We have a great deal of traffic out there. We are still living resources around. There is debris all over the roadway still and we still have a lot of Power Outages. So please plan ahead. Allow extra time when you are moving dont try and rush. We really appreciate all the patients that everybody has had you have done a great job so far we just ask you to keep continuing to do that thank you. Speaking next ribs and the countys supervisor rabbit. Thank you very much. Obviously we have a very active situation still and i appreciate as less than the firefighters took the challenge i think the county has also risen to the challenge as has our state and the federal partners and most importantly the community. Has really risen to the challenge. We have shelters throughout this county and the southern portion of the county primarily shelters and not the county have also been helping us i would encourage people for shelter information probably be best to go online for information. We have asked you to prepare we ask you now for your patience as a chef said it will take some time. For our firefighters to continue to make sure all areas are safe. So we ask for your patience. And we ask you to continue to do what you have always done and be kind to one another. , to help one another out and make sure that you take care of one another and take care of your family, friends, your pets. It is, we are in this for the long haul and we definitely need to have patience and need to be careful. The Public Safety is the countys number one concern, thank you. Our final speaker revisiting the United States congress is representative jared huff. I am joined by Mike Thompson who just arrived and thompson and i have been in touch with the department of Homeland Security to seek assurances for anyone seeking shelter or services during this emergency that they would be no emergency Immigration Enforcement activity. And i am pleased to update you that within the last 24 hours we have received the official assurance from the department of Homeland Security so everyone seeking service or shelter should do so with confidence that they will not be Immigration Enforcement activity. Thank you im happy to open up to questions and answer any of the representatives behind me now. Yes, overnight we did not have any additional injuries reported yesterday we had one minor burn injury that was taken by ground to the hospital but we also had a more serious burn injury that was flown to uc davis medical center. That is the extent of what we are releasing at this moment pending investigation. It is a large number. The best estimate that we have at this point is about 185,000 people. I dont have those numbers for you i am sorry. That is correct. All current evacuation warnings and all current evacuation orders remain in full force and effect. I would say it is still a fluid situation with the wind event that is coming up possibly tuesday i cannot commit right now to say that there will not be. We will continuously evaluate. We will work with our firefighters to determine what the best course of action is. I can give you a rough estimate. Today at 10 am the Sheriff Office leadership will meet with california leadership to really take a hard look into what areas we can repopulate so after that meeting today we should have some direction and it should have some news to report to you later. Thank you. Yesterday we covered an arrest that we have made listening in here to the county sheriffs department. As were getting the very latest on the fire that is burning in the county the latest estimate they have is what we have been reporting for you through the morning some 66,000 acres plus affected by this fire 96 structures burned of those, 40 of them are home. We have tens of thousands of people who have been forced from their homes under evacuation orders the fire is shifting a bit i think fire crews are definitely really focusing in on the Northeast Corner in napa county. They are big causes for concern a lot of people that live in the west county are thinking that they can go home now but the answer is not just yet we did hear from the sheriff they are saying that they are going to start working on repopulation efforts and getting people back in the area that have not burned. And essentially if youre the last one to get out you should be among the first to get in but there is no plan right now to get people back into areas that have burned. He made a point of saying that reentry is for people that are going back into areas that are burnt. Repopulation is if theyre letting you in an area where they are talking about repopulation as you mentioned but not reentry. And that maybe the western portion of the county because that is on the coast as you mentioned one of the questions on their that area right there that has been evacuated those folks are going to find out perhaps today because theyre going to meet at 10 00 to talk about some repopulation if you do not have nick so all you have to do is text your zip code to 888777 and wherever the zip code is located youll get the information as to Vital Information that you might need to evacuate in the fires themselves. It was well talk more in a moment about in a minute first of our ground crews have been doing work and bring us pictures to help explain what areas have burned which homes have been spared we are live now in santa rosa. Tell us where you are and we could see the devastation behind you sarah. Thats right. We are on silo ridge right now standing at what used to be someones home. Now this is a gated community. Very nice area is what used to be. And now this is what it is. I will have them kind of walk forward and show you the devastation. You just heard from officials there they did give an update on the weather. We were talking earlier today about how we really have not seen much wind here. Just a little bit of a breeze yesterday it was really tough for firefighters. The wind really picked up that the Early Morning hours. And about the day. That is really what expanded this fire. It was two times bigger. The acreage is about 66,000 acres. Yesterday they were reporting was only 30,000 acres so now firefighters have this very small window of time to get control of this fire before another possible warning goes into effect on tuesday. So like i said very small window of time we know that those firefighters are working very very hard. The good news is they are forecasting less wind for the end of the week. The bad news is no rain in the forecast so not much of a reprieve and all of these areas that have not been burned yet the concern is that they will continue to burn but at least the wind is not picking up embers and burning those that is some sort of reprieve at least. Now today when the wind shift did not give that much of a calm because there is not northeastern corner that has not been wind tested that is an important area for this county. The structure, defense and perimeter control is obviously a really big deal to these firefighters right now. Theyre doing everything that they can. Of course it is absolutely devastating when they lose these homes. We did hear from the county Sheriffs Office that they had several hundred Police Officers coming in from all over the state 140 Police Agencies are really grateful for those partners and as you guys mentioned they are saying that there is of course a difference between reentry, and repopulation. Reentry is when youre going into an area that has been burned and you know that people reach those areas eventually. Not anytime soon though because those are the most heavily damaged areas for example silo ridge where im standing right now of course it is a very very frustrating situation for everybody that has been evacuated and those evacuation notices are still in place and officials do say that they realize how hard it is to leave your life behind the right now it is the safest thing to do. We are doing the right thing by keeping you out of these areas. Evacuation was the right decision. It still remains the right decision so i needed to cooperate instead of those areas. It was back out here live one more luck at this devastation now it is very very smoky appear. It is actually starting to hurt our throats here we have been out here all morning. Im definitely noticing an increase in the smoke here in this area. Something really important to note. I know that it is a big immigrant community here in the county and has been assurance from the department of Homeland Security. That there will not be any Immigration Enforcement activity for anyone who has been affected by this fire. If youre within the immigrant community. If you need any help or any resources and you are worried about any sort of action that may be taken against you that have gone out assurance from the department of Homeland Security that no action will be taken against you. So that is some news so rest assured they can get the help that they need without worrying about any repercussions. Back to you guys. Thank you sarah. Shallow ridges north of the city of santa rosa. It is important to note that we have no reports of any homes burning in the city of santa rosa itself. In a minute we have much more on the fire coming up on mornings onto the ninth so stay with us. 6, 7, 8 big dreams start with small steps. But dedication can get you there. So just start small. Before they pick up again. Fremont fire battalion chief was talk about how the firefight is shifting on the ground. It is now the Northeast Corner that is getting a lot of attention. They want to go after the populated area. From what we heard about last night was windsor. We talked about this before. Evacuation. People are heating the evacuation warning. That is coming through because of that firefighters were able to concentrate on structure protection and fighting the fire and the chef i think he said quite clearly we saved homes because of that. The numbers themselves are only five . But when you got 66,000 acres burned bowling 96 structures that have been destroyed and no loss of life you cannot say that is good. The voice not just by firefighters but all the people that are involved we talked about the National Guard. We talked about chp and firefighters coming from other states. We are talking about utility workers that are in there doing stuff. We are talking about maintenance folks and red cross fee people all working towards resolving this. I was just nodding my head im sorry. I just wanted to ask you about the firefight is that you mentioned coming in. They mentioned coming from other states but theres also a fire in Southern California. And this morning i saw Beverly Hills and palm springs appear. Right . So what happens when the second event happens down there . Are people coming from all over the country what is happening there . It seems counterintuitive doesnt it . Were moving firefighters in the southern part of the state but at the time that they were moving those firefighters they did not know that they had that fire necessarily. They got evacuations going on there. So they may have turned them around quite frankly. But there is a National Interagency fire center that they are keeping an eye on all the fires across the country and moving resources based on priority. Between the 4000 or so firefighters for the fire right now. Talk to me about the difference between the ground crews who are hacking their way through that clear line and the air attack which can happen in the high wind what makes the most effect . Has to be part of all of it because that is why the publishing action report plan has more. Have got communication, channels, frequencies that they can talk to each other with they have got air Traffic Control up above to determine where they want to do jobs or whatever they are communicating with the ground first down below. You have got a job coming or whatever. The pair four. The ground crews are focused in a certain area based upon that plant. Lets go after this particular area and division lets get the hand crews in there and get the shrubbery out of there so we can have structure protection going on at different homes that you go over there and protect those homes all coordinated. All of this talked about. Is there a different type of protection for heavily you know santa rosa or places where there is a big town or is this just the same strategy . Great questions. In a populated area especially they are more concerned about embers flying and going down wind. So you will have fire engines patrolling the area actually moving amongst those neighborhoods. When theyre doing structure protection were actively youre going to see fire engines absently spotted in driveways and hose lines out and things of that nature so mobile, versus not so mobile but all with the same intent of protecting structures. With the wind died down a bit today another wind event coming in tuesday and wednesday theyre going to make some hay today but they also have to direct these guys as well. You mentioned earlier about the numbers of firefighters with 1000 more than yesterday. That is the idea behind it to get people in and take advantage of this opportunity of weather and try to get some containment on that northeast area. If they can do that that is their goal. That is what theyre looking forward today. Your help has been invaluable thank you very much. Lets go over for look with the weather obviously very related to the firefighting efforts. He is right you know we are talking about the firefighters getting some opportunity to get in there and get something done today and that is some great news i wanted to talk about the temperatures this morning for a second because if you look on the north bay youll see this pocket of cool air. Frankly they just pulled out of the 30s while San Francisco is 67. Part of that is an indication of that to dry air that is there. And part of it is that there is smoke in the air and i can keep the sun from getting in there and warming everybody up. But this is the big story though the wind is calm in the north bay and isnt that great today we are going to see that throughout the day today. So we got a little bit closer in for where the fire is. Youll notice also that those humidity levels have gone up instead of 30s and 40s as they were yesterday in some spots look at this 40 not bad 40 year and even this one started to get more elevation at 60 so we are seeing improvement there as well all that will help the firefighters and that is also i will see the red flag warning expire at 11 am today but we do have another round of offshore wind coming our way. That is the unfortunate news here. And that is going to be tuesday through wednesday which is the timing. Now this is not going to be as strong as the one we just endured order as longlasting. But it is going to produce critical fire weather meaning we are going to have those dry conditions and we will have the fuel that is still there and we are also going to have low relative humidity. Once that wind picks up that is what we will start to see. So this is midnight not a problem we get to Tuesday Morning. Now we are in the afternoon now with the wind starting to roll. The offshore flow continues. That is going to be difficult to get the firefighters which is why theyre going to try so hard to get a handle on things as best they can. 10 pm tuesday at later in the day tuesday and overnight hours will have the worst of it and and finally it will start to ramp down as we get into wednesday. This is a very strong offshore flow that we will see starting to relent and you can see it kind of relenting a little bit and that will change a little bit now are not the only ones dealing with this by the way Southern California also is having an offshore wind event and that has started fire this morning into the 405 the biggest freeway in los angeles. The highs today we are looking for 68 for a high in San Francisco with 75 and santa rosa and 73 in san jose so a very feasible temperature as a role across the next five days youll notice temperatures staying pretty mild. But it is just that when coming tuesday into wednesday that we have got to look out for again. By saturday and sunday we do see things pushing up just a few degrees as we head towards the weekend but unfortunately no rain in the forecast thank you the fire is raging in the county with more than doubling in size from this time yesterday. Thousands of people are not able to return home. We are bringing our live coverage here the county fairgrounds in santa rosa that is where evacuations are essentially waiting until the fire is out. Thats right. Weve got about 500 evacuees that are getting some rest. They are getting showers here. Theyre getting food and shelter at the county fair ground with civilians behind me that are filled with supplies and a lot of people very anxious about their homes and about their neighbors. Is what some of them had to say to us this morning. I think it was five contained. And i have not heard anything sense so i dont know. What the state is right now. A hit like a ton of bricks. Ive never been in such a disaster. So i was told to make my way down here. The more firefighters are coming are going to contain it it will take days but we are going to get through this. They are just some of the more 200,000 people forced out of their homes by the fire which grew again overnight to more than 66,000 acres. An area roughly the same size as the city of reno. The fires destroyed 96 structures still threatening 80,000 homes and businesses and as we have heard it is still just five contained. We walked over the ground due to the howling wind over the weekend a couple of firefighters suffered injuries on the line as well some new evacuation orders from parts of santa rosa with some shelter starting to fill up and new ones are opening up the far south area of San Francisco. The governor has declared a statewide state of emergency promising Financial Support for the ongoing firefight and recovery. More than 4000 firefighters are now doing structure protection and battling the flames. Helping a massive ground and air attack helping them turn the corner. In the meantime pacific electric has started to restore power to some parts of the bay area and hopes to have everyone back online today or tomorrow but with more strong wind in the forecast now for tomorrow night they say that they may have to cut power again this week perhaps not as many customers as we saw this last time but for some it will be there fourth lockout just this month and today of course as we have been saying a small window of opportunity for fire crews to make some muchneeded progress. Of all the people that you talk to in the shelter there do they say that they got evacuation orders with enough time to pack up a few things or was a panic with neighbors knocking on neighbors doors . It was most of the people we spoke with say that this evacuation has absolutely gone a lot smoother. None of these people were evacuated several years ago but the people have spoken to say that they did get their warning neighbors share the news with neighbors. They had enough time they told us to get their pets and personal documents and things they needed like that. To get here and get settled here. Of course now that many dont know whether their home or standing it is unknown whether they can return to their neighborhood. It is big change from what we saw in 2017 thank you. We continue now with our coverage and with allie who is in an area just north of santa rosa with what is going on there good morning allie. Good morning we are near shiloh road and about an hour ago the california fire brought in some the bulldozers to clear away some debriss that have fallen across the roadway. You can still see the faces of some of these eucalyptus trees smoldering. And if you look up the hill you can see the paths that the fire took as it swept through the sell side. Early this morning you can see active smoke and black smoke billowing along the ridge of chalk hill road we can show you that video. This was southeast of foothill Regional Park all along the winter border there were places where the fire was smoldering. In the Early Morning hours. Now most of those fires are out as well. We saw many firetrucks stationed near the homes and buildings on guard ready to keep the fire from spreading. The Northern Area was saved yesterday because of their efforts. And a part of that is your efforts to evacuate that allows us to get in there and access that so thank you for following our directions. That is truly a success story. And speaking of evacuating and evacuating promptly your road with the field farm it is an Equestrian Center the fire destroyed and equipment storage area. But the Property Owners have already evacuated long before the fire came through. They took out 53 horses. And they got the last four horses out that when a clock this morning before the fire swept through. That is the hay barn. And the ranch you know. In fact were just really thankful for all the great jobs that they are doing. I was just telling them i really appreciate my truck. The move that out of the way. I left the keys in. The owner expresses deep gratitude to firefighters crediting him with saving his property. Including a historic hundred yearold barn in santa rosa. Two separate factors were there putting out to the flames. Both of them from Southern California early this morning. And when i had spoken to them they had said that they had just come from fighting this fire in Southern California and they came straight from there up to the fire line here for the concave fire and have been working for two days straight so 48 hours without any good rest that is how important and urgent the firefight here was. We should also mention that the only people on the road here are Law Enforcement agencies we have seen a number of Law Enforcement agencies from across the bay area that have been helping with some of the road closures again because people are not supposed to be coming back here just yet. The evacuation orders are still very much in effect. And so there is a lot of Law Enforcement officers out here that are leaving as well and we have not seen any of that either. All right allie leaving the keys in the truck to be a very good idea for that gentleman. Onto the email now theyre working to restore power to 955,000 areas for customers that have been affected this weekend because of the planned Power Outages. Now people are looking at every bay area county except stan San Francisco another biggest impact as the marine county with more than 180,000 customers left without power. Napa has the fewest effect of customers with 17,000 homes and businesses. And utilities are hoping to complete that massive product before the next planned outage which could begin as early as tomorrow night more strong wind is expected about the bay area tuesday night into thursday morning there warning their customers to be prepared for having their lights go out one more time. What i urge is i urge all of you to ensure that you are prepared. For the fact that your power may not come back. And saying that please make sure that your devices are charged. If you cannot do that in a place that has power with friends or relatives write a community that still has lights the governor says that he is among the many people outraged and its going number of planned Power Outages and the governor says that they are playing a major role in californias wildfire crisis.
