They will cotruct a 1900foot section and overlay a 600foot of runway 1 left. Normally, the top layers of runway get repaved every 8 to 10 years. And now it is cracking. So sfo said it needs a big fix this time around. What is happening is that the base player is starting to fail what is that is causing is unplanned repairs to the runway intersection. We had one in april that caused delays and cancellations. Were trying to get deep down into the area and address the base later that moving forward, all we have to worry about is the 8 to 10 year repaveing that we typically do.
