I think we will have some cool clouds for the sunset and we have that fog along the coast which is pretty much to be expected as you get into the month of august. It is hi fire season but high fire danger season but we really do have a pattern that is desirable for this time of year. It can be a heck of a lot worse. Fog along the coast. Emperor small cooler than they were today. Milder, not upper 90s but 80s in the warm spots or the hotspots. Fog on the avenues, all around the peninsula, San Francisco, sausalito and out by fort cobb cried. Thomas cronkite. As you look out on the avenues of San Francisco and Treasure Island and to the left would be the golden gate bridge. A Beautiful Day along the coast and the air quality looks good as well. That is another thing, when you get these patterns that are milder, as we are in right now and lastly, the air quality is kind of nice when you get that. Is much better than when it is compressed but we have this going on and you have this going on, all of the particulate from the cars, factories, all of the exhaust gets mixed down like this instead of being trapped in the lower layer. A good pattern for us. It will be cooler tomorrow. I will see you back here with the fiveday forecast. President trump confronting china on trade and military expansion. I got the details coming up. Grant, who is africanamerican, told the El Paso Times he saw the gun man allow black and white shoppers to leave the store while he was targeting hispanic customers. Grant himself could have escaped but instead, he was trying to distract the gunman by throwing bottles at him. For his heroism, he was shot twice in the ribs and he remains hospitalized, recovering. It is also becoming more clear that this gunman wanted to be caught and he wanted everyone to know what it is he had done and why he had done it. Police say he has been fully cooperating with their investigation and we now know that he volunteered himself to a police officer, identifying himself as the shooter after he fled the scene here.
