Because you have breaking news. It is breaking right now, mike. A woman shot dead overnight, a man hurt outside of a 7eleven in antioch. Its the citys third homicide in the past three weeks. Police tell us that a little bit after 12 30 this morning someone walked up to the man and woman, fired several shots at them. The man in the drivers seat was hit a number of times, has been taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries. The woman was shot and killed while she sat in the passenger seat. Shes deceased and remains there until the coroner arrives. She is the sixth to be murdered. There is a Large Police Presence out here. You have officers, homicide detectives out here. To put this fire out while this fire is an outer contain yet its looking much better than what we saw earlier today check out this video video that viewer sent in earlier now thankfully, no lives but there was one injury to firefighters. But were told that he is already out of the hospital recovering and the flames engulf 6 commercial buildings and one of those buildings housed 3 people through an Art Coalition housing project. Those residents are now displaced in addition to the number of workers who had jobs at these buildings. Some of the businesses inside include heartfelt sales, venice, auto body, a catering business in several others.
